• Quiz & tool inputs — the preferences you enter (origin, budget, currency, saved searches) to personalize results.
• Usage & device data — pages visited, actions and general device/browser info, via analytics.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processors; we do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

• to provide and personalize the Service and your saved plan;
• to grant and manage paid access after purchase;
• to improve the product and understand what’s useful;
• to send you essential account, purchase and update messages.

How it’s stored & secured

Account and app data are stored in our database provider (Supabase) with row-level security so records are scoped to the right user. Data is encrypted in transit. We apply reasonable, best-effort technical and organizational measures to protect it — but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Third parties we rely on

We share the minimum necessary with service providers that run the product on our behalf:

• Supabase — database & authentication;
• Vercel — hosting & anonymized analytics;
• Google Analytics — usage analytics;
• Stripe and any crypto/e-transfer processor — payments;
• GoHighLevel — checkout, email and delivery automation.

Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the Service and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect functionality.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can close your account at any time. To make a request, email info@nomadescapeplan.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA or the CCPA.

Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

International transfers & children

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own by the providers above. The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
