1. What you’re buying

Purchasing does not entitle you to advice, consulting, guaranteed outcomes, or any professional service.

2. One-time, one-way purchase — instant delivery

The Product is sold as a single one-time payment (no subscription). Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because the Product is digital and delivered instantly, you receive the full benefit of the purchase at the moment of access.

3. No refunds — all sales final

All sales are final and non-refundable.Once payment is made and access is granted, the Product has been delivered and consumed, and no refund, credit or chargeback is available for any reason, including change of mind, non-use, or dissatisfaction with the research. Where a cancellation or “cooling-off” right would otherwise apply to digital content, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby waive that right as part of completing your purchase.

4. Personal-use license — no redistribution

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
